Royal wedding weather

With the royal wedding on April 29th well over one month away, it is far too early to make a confident prediction about what the weather will be like on the day. In general terms April often brings showery conditions to Britain, and it can still be quite cold. Temperatures tend to be higher towards the end of the month as the days continue to grow longer, and often the prospects for drier and finer weather are better in southern regions than in the north. Considering this along with recent weather patterns, and weather patterns during past Aprils, we are at this stage hopeful that the weather for the royal wedding in London will be reasonable. It's not possible to give specific forecast details for a single day at this range, but we wouldn't be surprised to see temperatures of close to 15C in London, with bright spells and mostly dry conditions during the course of the day, with northern and western parts of Britain probably cooler, and more likely to see showers at times.
