Biggest? Hmm, I think he means level of support/watching the match. Given the support in some of the most populated areas in the world for both these two I can see why. Biggest as in best or most important, Not in a million.

The Milan derby matches are probably as big a derby game as I've ever regularly watched on TV. I watched a fair few of these on "Football Italia" on channel 4 on Sunday afternoons back in the 90's, and I remember often wishing that I was actually there at the game. The San Siro has long been known for its special atmosphere, and I doubt you can get a much better atmosphere than what you get there when AC and Inter play each other.

I'll have to wait until I see the highlights of the game on MOTD2 tonight, but from what I've heard it sounds as though the way Utd fell apart this afternoon was along similar lines to the way that Arsenal collapsed at Old Trafford in August when Utd hammered them 8-2. A City victory this afternoon wasn't out of the question, but I would never have expected them to win by such a big margin. just like I didn't expect Utd to put 8 goals past Arsenal a couple of months ago, even though I thought they would beat the Gunners.
