Spurs in the groove in the second half, a breath taking goal from Bale gives them a 2 nil lead. Will they continue like this for the rest of the season and put themselves in contention, or will the wheels come off as they have a habit of doing?

IMO the prem could go either way.....but the prem title will stay in Manchester.

The worst part is, they've all too often been bloody expensive rubbish signings

Cahill to Chelski, apparently. No great surprise.

Quality from Landon Donovan on his return to Everton:

"I almost felt like a little kid this morning coming back in here, I was so excited. Seeing all those familiar faces was great. Unfortunately the first face I saw was Phil Neville's"

Yooooonatted losing 1-0 to Blackburn. Can't see Blackburn holding out, unfortunately.

EDIT- 0-2.

EDIT EDIT- 1-2.

Apparently the odds before the game were 30/1 for a Blackburn win.

2-3 it finishes. Amply illustrates Yoooonatted's lack of depth once key players are out.

Good stuff from Swansea. Excellent passing side (which we already knew). Probably one of the best teams to come up from the Chumpionship in recent years.

Chelsea - LMAO

Really has problems does AVB - Will struggle for a top 4 finish depending on who is bought and sold. Part of me couldn't careless because of RA's constant meddling in team affairs and manager swapping

If the ignorant twunts on 5live pronounce the SPanish word "negro" as "nee-gro" again I swear I'll go off on one. They are turning a non-inherently racist term into one by making it sound like a racist word in English. What happened to simple research at the BBC?

"I don't talk to blacks" and "because you are black" seem pretty damning to me. I think the ban should be trebled personally.

How to completely mispresent an issue on 5live: persist in pronouncing the Spanish word "negro" as nee-gro, thus turning a non-inherently racist word in Spanish into an inherently racist English word. Ignoring the fact it's a LANGUAGE issue, then add "that's OK in their culture, but not ours", and you've just denigrated and tarred as racist an entire continent, based on sheer ignorance. Remind me where the racism lies here?
