We had about 6mm between 11am and 1pm.

I was in Carlisle and it was snowing for a good hour, lying on cars and grass but not the roads. It rained quite heavily for a while beforehand too.

However, if you ask the metoffice observation site, nothing happened, move along, nothing to see here :-s
