How much will the sea breeze shave off the temperature, do you reckon?

Not much as it turns out. It's 10pm and still 32c, it dropped to about 38c with the sea breeze, but the trough was still off the coast, so it bumped the humidity up a bit, so it felt just as hot. The trough moves inland tomorrow, so after a Low of 24c, though I am expecting that figure to be higher, we will get to 37c about 8am before the sea breeze moves in. Then a pleasant couple of 32c days.

Clear, almost calm, daylight just gone. 11.1C; unnatural spring-like feel under the smoky blue and amongst the usual cacophony of robins and thrushes, which you can get in any mild winter spell, the first blackbird song; never before March until now.
