Match of the Day will be well worth the license fee tonight. Plenty of goals (some great strikes), great games and some shocking tackles and refereeing decisions.

Chelsea should have won comfortably but one horrendous error gifted WBA a first half equaliser and more mediocre defending gave them the second one.

There was a good post on Rawk, where one of the regulars there had asked a Dons fan about Ward, and he'd replied in detail. Positive feedback.

I think Ward would be a good understudy for a top class keeper at anfield. Neither Mignolet nor Bogdan are anything like top class.

Oh, and I see we've signed Caulker on loan for the rest of the season

The better news is that it's being reported that we've wrapped up a deal for (RCH) Joel Matip from Schalke for next season on a Bosman. Good player.

We desperately need a win tonight, but I don't see that happening.

He also had a habbit of failing to hold onto the ball from time to time. All in all though he has a good chance of making it at a high level I would say.

Not really fancying our chances today at Stoke, with Chlsea next week 3 points is a must

Liverpool again have 3,000 shots at goal and fail to score, Man U nick it at the end thanks to Rooney

If Man U lose their keeper in the Summer, they could well struggle

Currently Stoke 0 Arsenal 0

I wouldn't write United off as they have an uncanny knack of winning games they shouldn't get anything from. Heaven help us if they actually start playing well.

From December 27th 2020, zonality will be banned from mixing with the UK. We appreciate that this may come as a shock to younger people and old Uncle Barty. This ban will last for a minimum of ten days.

Any Prem team supporters on here got a player in mind for their club during the transfer window?

Rumours today that Javier Hernandez could join Spurs

Not going to happen, but it should get the ball rolling on here

So Naismith joins Norwich - could be a good buy for them, that. He's no prolific, but he should knock in 12+ goals a season & work his nuts off for the team.

Sam Byrom chooses Wet Spam over the Bitters. That's gone down well with the Bitters fans

Meanwhile, Liverpool extend the contract of Mignolet

In the meantime, Spurs opt for ball-busting deals i.e. Shilow Tracey from Ebbsfleet. Apparently, we're interested in James Maddison (he of Coventry) too.

I know Levy is a tight arse but things are getting silly.

Of more interest is the fact that Mitchell - the eyes and ears of Pochettino - has told Manure to sod off, citing his good relationship with er...... Pochettino.

I guess that means Pochettino will also tell Manure to sod off - should Woodward make a call - when LVG eventually goes.

Just to add...I came across the following, which sums everything up.

Onomah just could end up being on the same level as Dele Alli. I've been mightily impressed with him.

Gareth Bale's leaked transfer deal. Hilarious stuff

https://openload.co/f/BPrSW5D-ZWM/Tottenham_Hotspur_%26_Real_Madrid_-_Gareth_Bale.pdf

1- It was a world record transfer, despite Real's attempts to appease the cheating diving winker Ronaldo by publicly claiming otherwise.

2- More interestingly, Spurs have first option on buying back Bale, though will only have a 72 hour window in which to exercise this by matching any other offers - either from the Premier League or elsewhere. This runs through 2019.

3- If Spurs fail to do so they will be paid £10 million.
