Tonight, the outbreaks of rain push into the south east, but they become lighter and patchier. Clear spells develop to their northm but there will be further spells of showery rain in many parts of the north and west.
Tomorrow morning the remnants of the rain clear from the south east. There will be showers in, particularly in central Britain, but also a good deal of dry weather. Cloudier amounts vary, with the brightest skies possibly in the south west.
UK Met UKV, Sunday 30th June [Tap animation to toggle cities]
Next week the mixed theme continues. An area of wet weather clears southeastwards early on, and there could be some heavy bursts of rain for a time, especially in the north and west. In the following days showers or longer spells of rain are most likely in the north, but it may not be completely dry in the south. Temperatures will often be close to the seasonal norm in the north, but it could be quite warm on some days in the south.
