Much of the UK will remain dry today. However, there will be some showery rain in places, with central areas of Britain looking most likely to catch a heavier bursty. Southern counties probably have the brightest conditions, but there will be quite a lot of cloud around.
Cooler than yesterday in the south. Temperatures range from 13°C in the far north west to 21°C in the south east. Check the weather radar for the most up to date view.

UK Met UKV, Sunday 30th June [Tap animation to toggle cities]
Tonight, outbreaks of rain push across Northern Ireland into north western Britain and Wales. In other areas it remains dry.
Tomorrow the band of wet weather pushes eastwards across all regions, though amounts of rain are likely to be small in the south. Drier conditions follow from the west and sunny intervals develop. Quite cool for the start of July.
UK Met UKV, Monday 1st July [Tap animation to toggle cities]
Things remain mixed in the following days. Areas of low pressure will often be centred close to northern Scotland, with the Azores high pressure having some influence in the south. Therefore, all regions could see rain at times, but the wettest conditions will be focused on the north. The driest and warmest periods will generally be in the south. A steep pressure gradient means it could become windy for the time of the year.
