Very little changes today and tomorrow, but on Sunday a band of rain moves southeastwards and fragments. Clearer conditions follow it and that could allow colder nights early next week. (If you would like to browse the website without adverts and access premium features, see below)

More of the same

The weather continues to be stuck in a rut today with high pressure remaining dominant. It remains mostly dry, although there will be drizzle in places. There will be a lot of cloud, with the brightest conditions expected to be in Scotland and western areas.

Temperatures range from 10°C to 15°C. Check the weather radar for the most up to date view.

Tonight it remains dry but overcast in most of the UK. Clear periods in the north could allow a touch of frost to develop in places.

Tomorrow will be much the same. The best chance of sunny spells is in northern and western Britain. Temperatures are likely to be a little lower than today's.

Change on the way?

The next few days see a few changes steadily taking place. During Sunday a fragmenting band of rain slowly pushes southeastwards. Brighter conditions follow it and on Monday night frost could develop quite widely. High pressure is then likely to remain dominant for a while longer, but by the end of the week colder air may start moving down from the north.
