I hope Vallance does the press conference today and is reminded of his "good result" prediction.

I see Dr Pangloss is defending the Govt again, but if we are at 20,000 hospital deaths now, we can double that with care home and private home deaths - so at least 40,000.

By the end of this we would easily surpass 100,000

Darwinism in action

I see Dr Birx is getting a lot of flak for staying silent, but you have to remember this is like a Tudor Court or something out of Game of Thrones.

You step out of line and not only do you lose your job, but get death threats from Trump supporters

Dr Fauci now needs security guards

so this week 7 days of 700 then 7 days of 600 and so on you can see how these numbers add up

That would have been a very painful death, assuming they didn't survive it. Presumably self-administered rather victims of domestic abuse ?

This is my worry with the home testing. If they’re as invasive as this (the UK drive through one i saw on tv fits your description (going so far up the nose, they’re almost sampling brain tissue!), I can’t see the typical home using performing these properly which will probably result in many false negative tests.

Only barely 100 yesterday looks like the trend downwards continues.

Chart below showing what day the deaths occurred on. A substantial number from late march through until 7th april. Looking at the figures there has been far more back-filling going on this week than previous ones. Still hundreds from the last few days though.

Edit: having had a chance to look at the table above, the totals at the foot of each column are the only ones that are relevant: the trend is clear enough (obviously you don't look at the last 3-4 days too closely).
