It's very shocking news and unfortunately less treatable than chronic leukemia if my understanding is correct. However, I won't get too far ahead of myself as they haven't said what form of acute leukemia it is.

So how do we fancy the weekend matches.

City v Sunderland
Villa v Chelsea
QPR v Arsenal
Wolves v Bolton
Wigan v Stoke
Fulham v Norwich
Everton v West Brom

Spurs v Swansea on sunday
Newcastle v Liverpool on sunday

Rovers v Utd on Monday

City should be a winner at home but.. no they should win.

Chelsea and Arsenal as well

Bolton to beat Wolves

Stoke and Norwich to win theirs

Spurs should win if the same team as against Bolton turn up to play, their team passing play was great.

Big game however for me is 'castle against 'pool I fancy Newcastle to turn the screw a bit more.

Well it seems as if an early goal does settle one's team down, at least for Fulham anyway.

Its Half time so scores are:

Fulham 2-0 against Norwich

QPR 1-1 v Arsenal

Everton 1-0 West Brom

Wigan and Wolves both 0-0 draws

Villa losing 0-1 v chelsea

City currently 1- 2 against Sunderland

My goodness there were some cracking games this afternoon.

Well that was a turn up for the books as they say, Arsenal losing

I am surprised it seemed as though everything they touched, turned to gold recently, Premier wise.

LOL Shiteh probably throwing the title away with a draw against Sunderland is the highlight for me. Mankini keeps spending the Arab willy wagglers' dosh and still comes up short. Trebles all round.

With only 7 games left it would seem as though Wolves are down after that defeat, its left them bottom on 22 points, can't see them winning say at least the 3 game needed to get above Bolton who are currently 16th and their goal difference is horrendous.

Better than Chelsea or Arsenal anyday.

Sir Alex has taken the team away for some golf this weekend to try and take some pressure off the younger players.

Certainly comes across well with City dropping more points and players arguing amongst themselves on the pitch, while united are in Scotland for a spot of golf.

Gotta love seeing Liverpool struggle

King Kenny, not even worthy of a prince (on the basis of his 2nd managerial stint)

Carroll and Henderson for £55m don't really need to elaborate much more on that.

All these Liverpool fans living in the past to try and get success, they won't win any trophies anytime soon.

And no, I don't count the carling cup as a trophy

Well what a shower of shite that was.

Liverpool were woeful - no pace on the counter attack.

As for Reina, if you're going to use your head to contact someone else's, make sure you nut him properly. Reina had to go, despite hardly touching Perch (rules of the game blah blah blah). As for Perch, he should have gone for blatant playacting. He went down like a sack of spuds.

To all Liverpool fans on here - the 'dynamic duo' of 'Queen' Kenny and Mr 666, are ruining your club. If you can't see that, then you need to go for a lie down.

Spurs don't seem to be helping themselves either, the way things are going they could find themselves in 6th place if there not careful.

Where is Swansea's superb defence I've heard about? They've been garbage at the back and have made Bale look like a world class player.

Phew, I was beginning to wonder there, a draw would have done us no favours at all.

3-1 is a better result, keeps us there or thereabouts

Shame really though, about Adebayor, I wonder what his goal to shots ratio is.

Next season we have to find another good goal scorer or 2 to replace him.

Ever since I bit (again) at BritBobs post a month or so ago, everything has gone tits up. At least back then when we lost to Arsenal, we had played extremely well. Now the confidence is gone, the desire is gone. Awful, insepid performance against Wigan followed by a positive start today drained immediately as soon as the barcodes scored.
