Mods, feel free to delete, but I suspect that this is a question which many older members are asking. I remember a few years back that Gary was forever predicting and hoping for the mother of all blizzards to hit the Channel Islands. Well, it has finally arrived, so what does Gary think? It would be great to hear from him - one of the heroes of the early days of TWO

Yes I have wondered that too, his posting has become very sporadic over the last few years. Perhaps he lost interest? He should be reporting he's buried, but maybe he was literally buried! You never know.

Wouldn't it be a real pisser, if he had moved to somewhere better placed for snow in theory...like here!

Vince and Simon (Super Cell) are both friends with him on Facebook, so maybe they can direct him here?

Unfortunately Gary's not shown up here yet, but a trawl through the archives can help show those who weren't around 10 years ago what they were missing.

Here's a typical example of Gary's unrivalled optimism - one of his famous winter forecasts, posted right here on TWO! http://web.archive.org/web/20020822201159/http://www.theweatheroutlook.com/weatherreports/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=8852
