For the United Kingdom in July 2013, please give your predictions/estimates for the following:

The date of the first 25.0°C:                 The date of the first 27.5°C:
The date of the first 30.0°C:
The highest offical temperature:          The lowest offical temperature:
The % of the average rainfall:               The % of the average sunshine:

'Official' meaning that it's on the Met Office reports which use official stations

What with being on holiday, I've left this one a bit late - hopefully there will be a rush of predictions this evening! Looks like a very interesting July and perhaps with cause to finally predict 30°C+ as more than just a wild hopecast

First 25C reached on July 4th with a 25.2C at Weybourne.

And look at that - I got it spot on...!

Well done Rob K and Vince

I'll produce a graph once the first 27.5°C has been seen, as that looks very likely to be tomorrow or Sunday

Two for two so far! 28.1c at Heathrow yesterday (6th) and there might have been something warmer elsewhere.

Indeed - very well done to Rob K who is the only entrant to have scored 1 point for both of those categories

Also scoring 1 point for this second category are me, ManUtdMatt1986 and LeedsLad123 - well done

I must say that I'm feeling 'well done' in a more literal sense after walking across exposed heathlands this morning

I figure I might as well wait and see if 30°C happens today - places like Hurn are already very close

Well I don't hold out for 30C on Wednesday as I'd hoped due to the cool blip. Perhaps we'll get there tomorrow, one day out wouldn't be too bad.
