Also 0.0 mm here but then again we're only in the first 36 hours of the month anyway.  I see the NAE wants to give me around 7 mm of rain in the next 24 hours, so allowing for the obligatory downgrades and our microclimate, that would equate to 0.00003 nanometres by the time it's done with us.

Has anyone seen the rain that's supposed to cross England and Wales this evening?


I can see a couple of possible candidates on the sat. imagery, but radar imagery reveals little int he way of precipitation. If anything things could improve here in the far SW as a few breaks in the cloud are apparent.




It's  been a dreary day of light rain and drizzle here near St. Ives today (precise location is Lelant Saltings).
