Mainly cloudy,looks like the only cloudy zone in England & Wales has formed over The Pennines like it did yesterday.It is a long time since i can recall a sunny day from dawn till dusk.

Despite the cloud it is 26.0c on the Davis making it the highest of 2013

A completely sunny day is such a hard task in these parts - convective cloud loves the Pennines, just a shame thunderstorms don't!
