looked at weather station and says top temp today 33.6c must have been almost right car temp 30c at 4pm and temp right now 24.3c warmist day of year here

Seems a tad high.  Bournemouth, Hurn, the highest I've seen at 31.0c, maybe rounded up.

Max. here 28.1c, official reading at nearby Kenley airfield  27.9c.

A beautiful day, warm throughout with a very light breeze.

Patchy morning cloud cleared to leave a sunny afternoon becoming rather hazy this evening.

Currently 18.6c and sitting on the decking watching the sunset, enjoying a cool lemonade after an afternoon max of 22.6c.

A siginificant improvement on yesterday. 22.4C reached in sunshine during the afternoon and unlike during the week the temperature was maintained through the evening. It was still 21.6C at 8pm though starting to cool rapidly now - down to 19.4C.
