Raining hard as the second LONG beefy shower takes hold of the weather for the foreseeable future.... 21 degrees. Listening to the forecast this morning for our area this was not mentioned by the BBC Radio 4 weatherman....

Just has a proper power shower rattle through where we had about ten minutes of torrential rain. Now the sun is coming back out again.
  That power shower gave me 2.1 mm in those few minutes.

Recently had 4mm of rain in next to no time, accompanied with a couple of claps of thunder. Sun out again now.
