Observations between 7.45 pm last night and 8.30 pm currently.

LAST NIGHT: Mostly cloudy, some rain in the small hours. The cloud base became low enough to shroud the hills.
THIS MORNING: While it was quite cloudy for most of the morning, along with fog shrouding the hills, it did brighten up for a time at mid-day.
THIS AFTERNOON: Cloudy, a spell of moderate rain for a time. Misty over the hills.
CURRENT: Cloudy, light rain.      17.4 C.       97% humdiity.        Dewpoint: 16.9 C.       Moderate north west winds.         Falling slowly to 1015.6 mb.

WINDS: Light and variable in direction for most of the time, it was only in the past couple of hours that it became a moderate north west.
AIR QUALITY: Very good, if somewhat on the musky side.
VISIBILITY: Good at sea level, poor over the hills.
COMFORT FACTOR: Muggy and wet. The local mollusc population certainly are lapping it up, along with it being good for the lawn.
