It has been another beautiful (warm) summery autumn day here today.

Just scraped 20.1C, - wonder if that will be the last >20C though!
It's nice to have warm sun and practically no worry of getting burnt.

Managed to finish harvesting barley yesterday, and baled up the straw today so winter can start now, don't care

Observations between 8 pm last night and 6.30 pm currently.

LAST NIGHT: Cloudy.
THIS MORNING: Rather overcast, just the odd slivers of brightness in the cloud layer.
THIS AFTERNOON: It then turned out fine and sunny!
CURRENT: Fine and clear.        17.2 C.        84% humidity.         Dewpoint: 14.5 C.        Calm winds.       Falling slowly to 1021.8 mb.

WINDS: Light and variable in direction for most of the time.
AIR QUALITY: Good.
VISIBILITY: Fair this morning, excellent in afternoon.
COMFORT FACTOR: Mild and dry this morning, then it felt pleasantly warm in the afternoon sunshine - was good enough to do the garden in a T shirt and jogging bottoms and sit outdoors with the newpaper.
RAINFALL (in mm):   Nil.
TEMPERATURES (in C):       Max: 19.8 at 3 pm.           Min: 16.4 at 6.30 am.
PRESSURE (in mb):            Max: 1027.6 at 10 pm last night.          Min: 1021.8 currently.

After clear skies all night last night and for 10 minutes after sunrise the dullness moved in and stayed all day. Got to 9pm and the clouds just vanished! Feels very nice out there as it's still 15c. Local forecast suggests a better day for here due to a SE wind kicking in.
