Quite an interesting month ahead - "Indian Summer" AND frost/snow.

October 28th to 31st: A sudden change too much colder weather is possible, but it should be brighter with sunny intervals.  Scattered showers however could be wintry particularly on hills and in the north, where they could fall as snow. Max temps may only be 7 to 10C with probably widespread night frosts, as the thermometer falls to between say –3 and +3C.

A nice ending to the month

His forecast is similar to what I imagined when making my CET prediction, except that it's somewhat later with the sudden change to much chillier conditions.

I live in hope... cautious hope

Will be nice to have some actual weather to discuss.
