THIS MORNING: Decent sunny spells and only patchy cloud cover.
THIS AFTERNOON: Good sunny spells and variable cloud cover.
CURRENT:   Clear.       15.0 C.       88% humidity.         Dewpoint: 13.0 C.         Calm winds.        Rising slowly to 10255 mb.

WINDS: Light and variable in direction the whole time.
AIR QUALITY: Excellent.
VISIBILITY: Excellent.
COMFORT FACTOR: Continuing dry. It felt pleasantly warm in the sunshine.
