Clear and sunny, a bit chilly at 9.0 C with a rather damp 96% humidity as winds are totally calm.

Going by tomorrow's forecast, I think it is going to be a case of making the most of this fine bit of weather.

 I've noticed there is a row of what appears to be very slow or even non-moving saucer/dinner plates-shaped altocumulus that has been hanging over the coastal edge for what seemed like hours, even though skies are clear to my north. Then I realised those are actually lenticular clouds what with winds coming in from the north west - in from over the hills.

Observations between 7 pm last night and 9.45 pm currently.

LAST NIGHT: Clear breaks and partial cloud cover.
THIS MORNING: Good decent sunny spells and only well broken cloud.
THIS AFTERNOON: It became rather cloudy at first but turned clearer with some sunshine later on in the afternoon which lead to a fine and clear evening.
CURRENT:      Clear.     10.2 C.        91% humidity.        Dewpoint: 8.8 C.          Light north west winds.         Rising slowly to 1011.8 mb.

WINDS: Light north west the whole time.
AIR QUALITY: Superb, very fresh and clean.
VISIBILITY: Excellent.
COMFORT FACTOR: Chilly and damp at first, then drier in afternoon. It felt pleasantly mild in the sunshine when in any south-facing shelterd areas.
RAINFALL (in mm):    Nil.
TEMPERATURES (in C):       Max: 15.1 at 2.30 pm.       Min: 7.8 at 7.30 am.
PRESSURE (in mb):          Max: 1011.8 currently.         Min: 1006.1 at 1 am last night.
