Overcast and damp, seems that real rain isn't too far away from here going by the radars.

Fairly mild at 15.1 C with 95% humidity. Winds are actually being a gentle breeze south at the moment (was quite breezy last night).

EDIT: The breeze has picked up again.

After a really lovely day (long spells of sun interspersed with cloud, along with temps in the high teens and a humid feel), the 4 Horsemen have just descended.


Torrential rain, squall line-like winds and lightning flashing about every 20 seconds. It's knocked out our Sky and left flash flooding in the area.

Observations between 6.45 pm last night and 9.30 pm currently.

LAST NIGHT: Mostly cloudy.
THIS MORNING: Rather overcast with patchy light rain. Misty over high ground.
THIS AFTERNOON: Cloudy with some rain, then clear breaks developed by 6 am onwards. Cloud base continued to be low enough to shroud the hill tops.
CURRENT: Partial cloud cover and clear breaks.        14.9 C.         97% humidity.        Dewpoint: 14.4 C.         Moderate south winds.        Rising slowly to 1007.1 mb.

WINDS: Light to moderate south the whole time.
AIR QUALITY: Excellent, fresh and clean.
VISIBILITY: Very good, but rather poor over the hills.
COMFORT FACTOR: Wet and muggy. I think the mushroom lovers must be loving this.
RAINFALL (in mm):   2.4
TEMPERATURES (in C):        Max: 15.9 at 3 pm.         Min: 13.9 C at 3.30 am.
