I know some of you people have google+, would anyone be interested in doing a TWO based hangout at some point, to talk about ammeateur meterology, climate e.c.t.

I think you might be confusing it with igoogle. google+ is relativly new, hangouts are even newer. Anyone that has a Gmail account, or a youtube channel should have a google + account.
