Very chilly, windy day here in London... feels very different to October.

Sometimes all we need is a change of month and the weather pattern changes soon after....

WINDS: Calm last night, then light to moderate south west during the day, it picked up to as fresh later on in the afternoon.

VISIBILITY: Excellent. Poor for a short time in the afternoon.
COMFORT FACTOR: Rather damp and cool, then it became wet for a time in the afternoon. However the current strong wind is having a definite drying effect right now.

WINDS: Gale force south last night, then it eased back to as moderate to fresh north in the small hours and stayed that way during the day until eventually as light north west in the evening.
