Been below freezing since about 6pm with minimum of -1.3C but back above zero now - first sign of approaching rain/sleet/snow.

Observations between 10.15 pm last night and 9 pm currently.

LAST NIGHT: Cloudy for most of the night, then skies cleared up at around 4 am.
THIS MORNING: Clear and sunny at first, then scattered cumulus filled in some of the sky later on in the morning.
THIS AFTERNOON: Sunny spells and partial cloud cover.
CURRENT: Partial cloud cover.     2.6 C.       78% humidity.        Dewpoint: -0.8 C.    Rising slowly to 1015.5 mb.      Moderate north winds.

WINDS: Moderate to occasionally fresh north the whole time.
AIR QUALITY: Superb, very clean and fresh.
VISIBILITY: Excellent.
COMFORT FACTOR: Quite cold along with a notable chill factor. Becoming drier.
RAINFALL (in mm):   Nil.
TEMPERATURES (in C):       Max: 7.6 at 12 am last night.          Min: 2.6 currently.
PRESSURE (in mb):            Max: 1015.5 currently.             Min: 1006.3 at 12.45 pm last night.

Very heavy hail "shower" just passed with (annoyingly persistent) rain mixed in just to make it even more yukky!
