Not quite as sunny today as there, but we've had plenty of 'sunny from dawn til dusk' days this month and we have already exceeded the monthly average for November. Clear, sunny days seem more common outside of summer when the sun has less energy and cannot create land-based convection, resulting in that oh so familiar chain of clouds along the the spine of England.


Anyway, 5.6C and clear. Freezing fog tonight maybe.

Observations between 8.15 pm last night and 7 pm currently.

LAST NIGHT: Clear spells and patchy cloud. It enabled a frost to form away from the coast.
THIS MORNING: Decent amounts of sunshine and only varied cloud cover.
THIS AFTERNOON: Bright spells and partial cloud cover.
CURRENT:  Clear breaks, well broken cloud cover.      5.6 C.         87% humidity.        Dewpoint: 3.5 C.       Light north winds.          Rising slowly to 1036.7 mb.

WINDS: Moderate to occasionally fresh north for most of the time, it became lighter in the afternoon.
AIR QUALITY: Excellent, very clean and fresh.
VISIBILITY: Excellent.
COMFORT FACTOR: Quite cold and fresh, whch helped to shift the dampness.
RAINFALL (in mm):    Nil.
