If it is London, then I'd say that England has a better chance of winning the World Cup. In other words, extremely unlikely.

But I do think that the further north you go, then yes.

With still 18 days to go, and also because I'm the eternal optimist, a yes from me with a biting north easterly winds and frequent heavy snow showers coating the country. Current output suggests I'll be buying a lot of drinks in the forum arms.
