Obscured - snow grains in a report from UCL Weather Station near Totenham Court Road, London City- Wind 2 mph from the East 0.1 mm per hour rate.

Temp. at 3.9 deg C.

Dew Point at 2.2 deg. C
Time: 01:09 a.m.

Climate is warming up, Scotland and N Ireland and North England still often gets some Winter frost, ice and snow, November to March, but the SE and South UK including S Central England and Wales, together with the West and North through the year, they sometimes get more rain than London and S SE England, where some longer dry fine spells without much heavy rain is seen every year.

The North Atlantic Sea often gets some much Colder Wintry conditions from November to March Months, and Mild SW and South winds tend to be more frequent over the East and SE of North Atlantic Sea, as the Azores High tends to stay in charge.

With this warmth and heat, the Central and South UK has become mostly free of snow and frost.

-1.5C at home and foggy. -3.0C at work on the mainland (Sittingbourne) and clear. Typical inversion weather and it's far colder than anything we'll see here when the weather turns zonal in a few days.

The car park at work is an ice-rink this morning!

Patchy fog still lingering over the Thames and blowing in drifts around London. Amazing the temperature drop when you go from sunshine into a fog patch. Here in East London we are still in fog whereas half a mile upstream it's warm and sunny.
