Hope people don't mind about this 🙂. Going to be doing a live xmas day forecast at 8pm tonight. I am not expecting anyone to watch it live though (and am just doing it mostly to practise speaking to a live audience) so it will be avalible afterwards. The format will be similar to my last two forecasts (glad people watched those incidently 
) but I will try my best to keep it well under 10 minutes.
The URL is here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HIQd2U37YhU and the forecast will also be here after the live show has finished. I will be using soundings from the GFS plus other paramaters from the high res models (namely GFS0.5, WRF, NAE, EURO4) to do the forecast.
I love doing weather forecasts, but I don't have time to do them more than once a year (really admire Gavin P for his efforts). I will try and do some next year if I can.
