After a dry and calm morning with a frost in places we now have severe gales and rain. Winds gusting 60mph at the moment. Pressure is on the slide, temps are mild and on the rise.

Observations between 7 pm last night and 10 pm currently.

LAST NIGHT: Mainly clear, that enabled a frost to take a hold.
THIS MORNING: Bright at first, then cloud thickened up during the course of the morning.
THIS AFTERNOON: Overcast and the wind slowly picked up. It started raining by 9 pm.
CURRENT: Rainy and windy.      10.1 C        92% humidity.       Dewpoint: 8.8 C.          Strong south wind.          Falling slowly to 997.1 mb.

WINDS: Calm last night, then light to moderate south west in the morning and increased to as fresh to strong as well as turning in from the south by the afternoon.
AIR QUALITY: Very clean and fresh.
VISIBILITY: Very good.
COMFORT FACTOR: Chilly and dry for most of the day, then it became wet and rough in the evening.
RAINFALL (in mm): 0.6 (I suspect the rain is blowing over the gauge).
TEMPERATURES (in C):         Max: 10.1 currently.           Min: 1.7 at 6.45 am.
