has a precip type ECMWF output posted 24 hours ago. Does anyone know how he got it, is there a website paying for them? Or is this a black market in ECM charts!
It has his watermark on it, so I guess he made it himself using Grads, but there is no way of acsessing that raw data freely. ECM only gives you acsess to very limited parameters.
