The Daily Telegraph in today's edition has written the biggest load of weather rubbish imaginable today...
Front page states that cold air arriving from the USA will give us the first proper taste of winter this weekend. What a load of rubbish!
If what I read on the TWO forums is correct much of the UK will have cooler and somewhat dryer conditions this weekend and into next week with temperatures in the south at least around 7-9 degrees, Hardly an icy blast!!

They are talking about the colder air soming from the west, which it is.

Colder air coming from the west, originating in the US and Canada. Not very cold, but colder than what we have now.
For once they are correct, although it will be a brief affair and only bring snow to high ground in the north.
