Observations between 5.45 pm last night and 8.30 pm currently. LAST NIGHT: Cloudy with occasional light rain.THIS MORNING: It started off as being rather cloudy, then it brightened up from the south later on in the morning.THIS AFTERNOON: Bright spells and partial cloud cover. There was more in the way of cloud amounts later on in the afternoon and the wind picked up.CURRENT: Cloudy with clear bits. Windy. 9.9 C. 80% humidity. Dewpoint: 6.6 C. Strong south wind. Falling slowly to 989.6 mb.WINDS: Fresh to strong south last night, then it eased up as it became more as a south west during the day but now it's back in from the south and picked up to as strong. I guess it's because it is coming in from the channel is why I'm getting to feel it more.AIR QUALITY: Excellent, fresh and clean.VISIBILITY: Very good.COMFORT FACTOR: After a damp start to the day, things dried up quite easily durng the day as we missed out on the showery activity (looks like the Folkestone Rain Deflector is being effective once again).
