Gav, have you considered monetizing your YT channel aswell to increase your revenue. I have to admit, while I try to watch on GWV.com often it is more convinent for me to use youtube because I use the service so much myself. I notice also based on the likes and views, you have a small but significant following that prefers watching directly from youtube. 


If you monetize your YT videos, you also become a YT partner which has its own benefits and will probably increase your traffic.
