It was down to -3.9C at 4am but surprisingly is +1.2C now, I think due to fog rolling in but I would have expected freezing fog.

Merely overcast and dry over here. The visibility is being excellent where I can see slivers of clear sky as this stratsocumulus layer is trying to thin out and is showing off a fairly photogenic sunrise (rays and stuff).

Indeed, have missed out on the frost and fog even though temperatures has fallen down to as low as 2.1 C at 5.45 am. Now 3.8 C with 95% humidity under dead calm winds.

UPDATE at 9.30 pm: Sunny now.

It's just come over all dull and murky as fog rolls in from the sea but apparently it's still clear skies and sunshine a llitte further inland and over the hills.
