shortlived by the looks of things, a cooler trend still being thought about, after the 9th now

GFS and ECM still rock solid but UKMO flattens the ridge.

Its an easy win then.............look at the ENS, temps rise for a 5ish day period and then cool off

06z op and control similar to UKMO in the short run, maintaining a wet theme until thursday before the high builds in. lets hope its not a new trend to keep delaying the drying out process

With the 06z op shifted from the 00z towards the ECM 00z op run... well, it's looking mighty fine from 6 days time.

The contrast to one year ago couldn't be greater, but then that does seem to be the theme of the weather these days.

right on the high side of the run, favourite seems to be a 4 or 5 day warmer spell before a cool down

This 'warmer' spell is getting shorter and shorter looking at the above, it will be a blink and you miss it job at this rate
