12.3C was the max here, wind got up through the afternoon and this evening the temperature is falling much less rapidly than the last two nights.
Off topic but had to call 999 late afternoon, for a neighbour who seems to have broken her leg by tripping over a dog outside.
They took her to Middlesbrough in the Air Ambulance.
It was pure chance I heard her calling as the house is about 200metres away.
She could very easily have been lying outside all night or longer.
We have no mobile phone cover here so this sort of thing is an awful risk out and about on your own even a few yards from the house.
