- The rainfall as a percentage of the long term average?              - The sunshine as a percentage of the LTA?

The Deadline for Entries is the End of Monday 31st March.

So plenty of time for this one 

Looking towards the middle stages of yet another spring, hopefully something better than what the last two years came up with!

I'd better get my wild guesses in now as I have a busy weekend.

Did we reach that magic 22.5c today? 

Highest I've spotted in the hourly readings is 19.9*C at Gravesend. I'm thinking probably not, unless somewhere further north was warmer.

Should I be pleased that I didn't change my 22.5c guess from 14th to 1st, or are we likely to reach it this weekend?  I can't hold my breath much longer!!

As for the days reaching at least 20*C somewhere in the UK going by official records, that tally stands at 3 so far.

Hmmm.  Well, if we didn't reach 22.5c today, that's my guess down the pan and with only 3 days reaching 20c at almost half way through the month, maybe my guess of 10 days is a bit of an over estimate too.  Forever the optimist!!! 

Oh dear, not going so well this month. All this cold air!

Never mind Rob, we can't win them all, in fact we can't win any with SC on the scene! 

Today has been another warm one and I reckon we'll have clocked up another 20c somewhere, so maybe we shouldn't be defeatest about it.  Chin up Rob! 

Haven't we reached the magic 22.5c yet?

I am aware that I am beginning to sound like the kids in the back of the car on a long journey. 

Yesterday saw the highest temperature in the UK since 3 days into the month, but at 19.4*C we're still some way off seeing the magic number... the currently outlook features warm air in the vicinity so if anybody gets luck with some sun it could manifest sometime in the next 10 days - not before the long weekend is out, of course 

OK, I'm sure we must have notched up another 20c day somewhere as it was rather warm here.

Did somewhere reach 20c today? 

One of my monitors was showing over 20c, though it was in the sun so it does read high.
