Didn't learn anything we don't already know. England are average. Familiar signs of not being able to clinically put away inferior opposition.
Little else to learn from games like this. England probably lucky not to pick up another injury as Honduras were filthy. Amazed Wilshere has made it this far already.

One thing is for sure, this WC will come down more than usual to how managers use their subs.
In the game against Italy, does Woy start with a cautious line-up i.e. not using Sterling, but bringing him on late in the game when the Italians are knackered (like us)
OR
Does he use the sh.i.t or bust strategy by starting with Sterling, hoping we can pick up an early goal or two and then closing the game out with someone like Milner.
