I actually hope it feels proper humid but not day in day out! seems to have been ages since the last real sweaty spell. Even last July here didn't feel all that humid - apart from one day when we went to Blackpool, there was an offshore wind and that really heats the town up, you'd think at the coast it was cooler but it felt really humid.

I personally don't pay a huge amount of attention to dew points, don't know why.
I just look at the relative humidity against the temperature. For me humid is when the humidity is at least 70%. Regarding the temperature for me it varies..
For example, Going out late evening early night (10pm maybe) when the temperatures up around (let's say) 20C and the humidity is 82% that to me feels humid, because it's at night.
During a heatwave the temperature has to exceed 27C with a relevant humid of at least 75% at the time for me to say it's proper humid.... But remember this
Is just my own personal take on what feels noticeably humid. 🙂 ;-)
