Those saying "Oh, we do need the rain" are going to end up being sick at the mere mention of it as we go into the rest of October if the latest round of medium range outputs are to be believed.
Over here, high cloud is thickening up along with the southerly wind starting to become quite brisk and fresh but at the moment it is staying dry as I'm not expecting the cold front to arrive here until the early afternoon - and even then I'm wondering how much rain there'll be left in it by the time it does arrive.
But for now, the "Red Sky In Morning, Sailor's Warning" expression couldn't be any more truer, going by this photo I've taken upon awakening at 6.30 am this morning . . .
