No clear and frosty evening like we were supposed to be getting. It's cloudy and stuck on 3C. To be this far into autumn and not got near to a frost - lowest just 1.7C is disgraceful


Even the autumns of 2006 and 2011 were not as dire as this. Even they had managed more in the way of cold by now and nowhere near as incessantly dull as this autumn
