Decent frost all over this morning

A bright morning following the first below zero temperature since March. Currently 5.7C with increasing cloud and a Southerly breeze.

Fine and sunny. I even got to see the tiniest hint of frost on a felt roof as temperatures fell down to as low as 3.1 C at 7.15 am here at my coastal location!

It has clouded over but staying dry. But what I am not really enjoying is that boring annoying in-your-face southerly wind blowing straight in from the Channel thus making it feel draughty indoors (even though I have sealed up every single gap around the house, even the keyhole!) - and yet it is expected to reach gale force in the early hours. Oh well, I have experienced worse.

Extremely infuriating min of +0.1C last night due to the ever present cloud followed by another dose of 2014 style vileness today

More wet windy South Easterly nasty dankness despite having already endured about a decades worth of this nonsense already this year. Added another 5mm to the rain total.
