Some really hefty showers crossing North Kent off the North Sea  in the last 2 hours or so. The sky has taken on quite an evil look in the last few mins. If this was winter, it'd be somthing akin to Jan 1987!

Certainly the southern North Sea is still relatively warm. However, saw some rather unstable medium clouds yesterday afternoon.
