Many other areas have a dusting; but for example the Pittsburgh area, where my brother got married, is snowless whilst being sub zero all week. The best cam in that area is, bizarrely, of Andy Warhol's gravestone - as you can see, wot snow?

Having said all that; NE USA is my fantasy climate. If I could choose to live anywhere in the world, it would be there.
