Hope the Mods dont mind me setting up a new topic, i come across videos all the time and im not sure where to put them.

Anyway - i thought it would be good to find the best weather videos on youtube, whether they are yours or ones youve found.

I particularly enjoy old winter weather forecasts from BBC then watching footage from the day itself. Weve had a few years of good cameras and extremem weather recently - so all the more videos to chose from.

Heres a cracker to start with... going from a damp and grey london to a white  and snowy snowfest.

You won't get much better than this excellent pastiche of the streamer event of Feb 2009, filmed by Bren Jones and Laura in and around Leatherhead, Surrey.

I filmed this the other night when it snowed. Snow is quite rare round our parts- even in the snowiest of winters, so to get this next to the coast was unexpected.

The video starts just as it has turned to snow, watch how in the space of 10 mins the landscape goes from very wet to about 1" in snow depth, actual journey time is about 14 mins, so there was some pausing in the video times.

We had very very heavy snow for about an hour.
