10.6C, still dry but very gloomy and windy.
It's incredibly dark - imagine still on BST it would be almost 9pm and still feels like night.

Absurdly mild - 13.5C. My indoor hygrometer is showing 75% humidity. Amazing the power of latent heat of condensation at this time of year.

Dull and damp, there is also a bit of a breeze getting up. However, about half an hour ago, the rising sun managed to shine through a gap in the cloud and gave off an orange-type glow for a few minutes.

It has stayed dull and overcast all day (at least I got to have the glimpse of the sun at dawnbreak). Since it also stayed dry the whole time, the brisk south westerly breeze is helping to shift some of the dampness.

Just thought I'd mention Exeter hit 15.3c today around 2pm - Must be a near record and a glimmer of sun made if feel very pleasant and a little unseasonal!!!!!!

Last years December high was 14.5c so we have broken the record for last December's high anyway.
