This really is turning into a very depressing couple of weeks for us on the wirral

We get the gales, we get cold rain and miss the snow, we get the cold air  -and miss the precip.  We get the precip when cold air has left.  and finally - when we get settled conditions we're one of the few places to get very dull cloud
