A bright and fair start to the day, if on the fresh side (a touch of frost has been observed upon awakening at 6.15 am).

It is a little bit damp from yesterday evening's bit of blustery rain but that'll be gone under the rising sun (provided we don't catch any of those wintry-type showers later on this morning).

Obviously all showers missing Exeter of course and going to the North! But a lot of CB's around.

I said it didn't feel cold earlier today but it certainly feels cold now! Its windy now aswell although temperatures are higher.
